Gujarat Launches India's First AI Park and University
Eros Investments, a prominent player in the Global Media, Entertainment, and Technology sectors, has unveiled the inauguration of Immerso AI Park. This initiative is a collaborative effort with the Government of Gujarat, aligning with the visionary goals set by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Bhupendrabhai Patel. The aim is to position Gandhinagar and GIFT City as a global hub for finance and technology, not only within India but on a worldwide scale. The Immerso AI Park is envisioned to serve as a cornerstone for in-depth research, development, and innovation in cutting-edge technology.
Immerso AI Park's strategy will be constructed upon the principles of Ethical AI, leveraging the extensive repository of licensed training data and tokens sourced from Eros Investment Group and various global partners. This approach aims to encourage the utilization of intellectual property in the advancement of Generative AI models.
Foundation models developed at Immerso AI Park will span various industry verticals, catering to academia, startups, and large-scale enterprise technology firms, thereby advancing the Digital India initiative. The Immerso AI Park is set to include Immerso AI University, offering a comprehensive curriculum on Generative AI and Deep Technology. Additionally, diploma courses will be available for professionals seeking to enhance their skills and knowledge in these domains.
Immerso AI Data Center along with strategic partners, will become the best-in-class cloud architecture and infrastructure for companies to be able to run high-fidelity technology across generative AI, gaming, IOT and extended reality. The Immerso AI Park will also create a specific zone and opportunity for international deep technology and generative AI startups to incubate for purposes of research and training and provide significant opportunities for growth and collaboration.
